Therefore, we do our utmost to ensure that external environmental factors and time have as little impact as possible on bacterial viability, and that you receive the highest quality product.
We recommend picking up your items from parcel lockers as quickly as possible once you have received a notification.
On hot summer days, it is advisable to receive the bacteria in person to minimize the time that could affect product quality.
Cold weather can also negatively affect the coating of enzymes and polyacetate.
