Lactococcus lactis subsp. Lactis
Lactococcus lactis subsp. Cremoris
Streptococcus salivarius subsp. Thermophilus
Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus
Dosage:
10 g for 100 l of milk
