This mould used for making pressed cheeses of different varieties, including Mimolette, Gouda, Parmesan, Cheddar, Swiss Cheese, and others.

All cheese molds have holes for draining whey. Molds specifically designed for pressing have fewer holes, providing increased rigidity and durability to withstand high pressure. Holes are only at the mold bottom part. To use this mold, a cheese cloth is required.
